PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimally alter a structure of a planetary gear type transmission by acquiring a sixth forward speed by arranging a disconnecting clutch so as not to engage with one of driving connecting parts existing between two of three planetary gear transmission structures. SOLUTION: Disconnecting clutches K1, K2, K3 are arranged so as to engage with driving connecting parts VE, VEU, VUK existing between three planetary gear transmission structures TE, TA, TU to mutually connect the whole respective planetary gear transmission structures TE, TA, TU to form a connecting driving device. A disconnecting clutch KTR is arranged unengageable with the driving connecting part VE to engage a brake B1 and the clutches K2, K3 to connect the two planetary gear transmission structures TA, TU to acquire a sixth forward speed to thereby minimally alter a structure of a planetary gear type transmission.
