<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and simplify the movement of a device, while facilitating the device to correspond to a place wherein clean air should be blown by supporting a clean air supplying device on a truck and providing a cantilever supporting member of the truck with a clean air outlet device for blowing out clean air. SOLUTION: A portable clean hood device 10 is equipped with a truck 12 equipped with casters 15, and a cantilever support frame 14 having a vertical frame 14a and horizontal frames 14b, 14c. A clean air supplying device 16 is equipped with an air suction unit 18 as well as a ventilating device 20 and is supported on the truck 12. Clean air outlet devices 24a, 24b are attached to the tip end supports 14d, 14e of the horizontal frames 14b, 14c and are provided with hoods 26 and curtains 28. A clean air supplying duct 30 is connected to the air cleaning member 22 and hoods 26, while a return duct 32 is connected to the curtains 28 and the air suction unit 18 so as to return a part of clean air into the clean air supplying device 16.</p> |
