PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alarm clock having a receiver function which is easy to be moved and carried at a relatively low cost and functions as a house-to- house receiver that can be operated with a battery power supply and an administrative radio system for disaster prevention using this alarm clock having a receiver function. SOLUTION: This alarm clock 1 has a receiving antenna 21 receiving a radio signal transmitted from a master station in this administrative radio system for disaster prevention, a receiving circuit 22 which converts the radio signal received by the antenna 21 into an electric signal, switches SW5 and SW6 for reception which supply and interrupt the power of a battery power supply 11 driving an alarm clocking part to the circuit 22 and a speaker 4 as a sound signaling means which outputs time signal sound of the alarm clocking part and the information of the radio signal in sound.
