PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quantitative analysis in a measuring method by using an immuno-chromatography. SOLUTION: This method for measuring a measuring object is so composed that a test body 5 is brought into contact with a first labeling antibody relative to the measuring object, and that the test body is developed on a developing layer 11 by capillary phenomenon, and that a complex between the measuring object and a first labeling antibody is trapped by a second antibody relative to the measuring object immobilized on a measuring part 14 formed in the middle of the developing layer 11, and that the first labeling antibody in the trapped complex is measured. In this case, a third labeling antibody relative to the immobilized second antibody is developed together with the test body 5, and a label of the first labeling antibody and a label of the third labeling antibody can be discriminated mutually, and measurement of the third labeling antibody combined with the second antibody is executed on the measuring part 14, and is used as a measurement standard.
