发明名称 METHOD FOR PREPARING PALLADIUM-ANTIMONY ALLOY CATALYST
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, economically and stoichiometrically prepare a catalyst of high purity at low temp. by bringing a catalytic precursor contg. Pd or Pd and Sb into contact with an Sn compd. dissolved into a liq. phase in the presence of a reducing agent. SOLUTION: By bringing a catalytic precursor into contact with an Sb compd. dissolved into a liq. phase in the presence of a reducing agent, the reduction and alloying of Sb selectively occur on the surface of Pb, by which an alloy catalyst can be obtd. As a solvent used at this time, water is preferably, and, as the reducing agent, water soluble one such as hydrazine and formalin is preferable. As the Sb compd., water soluble one is preferable, and, antimony tartrate or the like is suitable. As to the amt. of the Sb compd. to be used, the total with Sb contained in the catalytic precursor is preferably controlled to 0.9 to 1.5 times the stoichiometric compsn. of the alloy catalyst as the purpose. For example, for obtaining a high purity alloy catalyst Pd8Sb3, the compositional ratio of Pd/Sb is controlled to 8/2.7 to 8/4.5. Moreover, the temp. in the alloying treatment is preferably controlled to 50 to 200 deg.C.
