PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply raw materials uniformly and to abrade a ring liner and a rotor liner uniformly as a whole on the same base by making a raw material supply chute for supplying the raw materials into a ring freely movable by a transfer means. SOLUTION: A crank shaft 9 and an eccentric crank 10 which are rotated by a motor 7 through a chain, a rod 11 which is reciprocated interlockingly with the rotation of the eccentric crank 10, and raw material supply chutes 13, 14 of a pair which are arranged oppositely at both ends of a ring 3 and connected to each other by a connecting shaft 12 are provided. Since the shaft 12 is connected to the chute 13, it is adjusted to set up the clearance between the chutes 13, 14. The positional relation of the chutes 13, 14 to the ring 3 is set up by adjusting bolts 31, 33 for fixing a mounting table 29 for mounting the motor 7, a bearing 28, and others to a reciprocation apparatus table 16. Moreover, the change of the reciprocation distance range of the rod 11 is set up by changing the eccentric dimension of the crank 10.
