PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating buffer capable of being easily mounted to a molding form and preventing the buffer from easily coming off from the molding form when it is filled with concrete. SOLUTION: A buffer main body 1 of a sound insulating buffer fitted to a mounting recess section 9a of a molding form of a concrete product and fixed to concrete filling the molding form is equipped with wing sections 2 coming into contact with the sides of the mounting recess section 9a projected from the buffer main body 1 and an anchor section 3 buried in the concrete to be filled. Then, each of the wing sections 2 is constituted of the wing 21 on this side as the nearest wing on this side of each of the wing sections 2 extended in the direction inclined on this side to the fitting direction to the mounting recess section 9a and the rear wing 22 as the wing on the deepest side.
