PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject mat easy to mount and with elasticity by inserting a collar between a gap of an air blowing port of a car, inserting a hose into an insertion port of an air collector and a mat insertion port, and blowing air from a side hole of a bent hose of the mat. SOLUTION: A collar 2 is mounted on an air collector 1 and an insertion port 4 for a hose 3 is formed below the collector 1. This mat is provided with an insertion port corresponding to the insertion port 4 of the collector 1, a bent portion of an elastic hose 6, a hole 8 formed at an arbitral sideward position of the hose 6, and is covered with a cover 10 with an end 9 of the hose 6 opened. The collor 2 is inserted into a gap of an air blowing port of a vehicle, the hose 3 is inserted into the insertion port of the collector 1, and air is blown out from a side hole 8 of a bent hose 6 of the mat.
