PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake hydraulic pressure controlling device which can adequately controls a brake hydraulic pressure without being influenced by a rolling direction and an amount of rolling of a vehicle and which can improve a degree of freedom of a layout of a load sensing proportioning valve. SOLUTION: In the brake hydraulic pressure controlling device for an independent suspension type vehicle in which a load sensing proportioning valve 3 being operated based on a load at a vehicular rear part controls a brake hydraulic pressure to be imparted to rear wheels, a pair of suspension arms 2a, 2b which are mounted for freely turning on the right and left rear wheels, respectively, are connected to each other through a wire member 10 and a sensor spring 5 is mounted between a middle part of the wire member 10 in a longitudinal direction and a sensor lever 4 of the load sensing proportioning valve 3.
