PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove odorous materials and miscellaneous bacteria by photodecomposition by arranging at least one or more ultraviolet light sources in a storage box, and sticking an optical reactive semiconductor carrying sheet to the inner surface of the box. SOLUTION: A titanium oxide carrying sheet is stuck to the inner wall face 2, ceiling inner face 3, bottom inner face 4, shelf board surface and back faces 5 and door back faces 6 of a storage box body 1. At least one or more, e.g. two, ultraviolet light sources 7 are installed on the door back faces 6. The polluted air containing odorous materials and miscellaneous bacteria in the storage box body 1 is kept in contact with the surface of the titanium oxide carrying sheet and is circulated in the box body 1 via photodecomposition by the ultraviolet light sources 7 and natural convection. The acetaldehyde injected into the box can be completely photodecomposed. The odorous materials and miscellaneous bacteria can be effectively removed by photodecomposition. |
