摘要 PURPOSE: A system for controlling power train utilizing an ideal operating schedule is provided to reduce fuel consumption and achieve an improved acceleration ability and operation convenience. CONSTITUTION: A system defining as an ideal operating schedule an optimum fuel consumption ratio and maximum power condition with respect to a degree of throttle opening, rotational speed, and load torque, comprises a power train controller unit for storage of such ideal operating schedule data in the form of matrix. The ideal operating schedule data is transmitted as a load requirement to a travel controller of a transmission control unit, and an infinity variable-ratio transmission(IVT) is employed as a load controller for an internal combustion engine. The IVT employing hydrostatic transmission(HST) or belt-type continuous variable transmission(CVT)(18b) as an offset transmission, and a gear device of which offset transmission ratio synchronizes by segment transmission stages as a segment transmission device, is controlled by the travel controller which receives load condition from the power train controller unit and performs control by dividing the transmission ratio into segment and offset.
