PURPOSE: A method and a device for linearizing a power amplifier of a wireless communication system by an adaptive pre-distortion system are provided to eliminate distortion generated by a non-linear characteristic of the power amplifier, to enable the power amplifier to have a correct linearization characteristic. CONSTITUTION: D/A(Digital-to-Analog) converters(131,132) convert digital baseband signals into analog baseband signals. A quadrature phase modulator(136) modulates a quadrature phase for the analog baseband signals, to output modulated RF(Radio Frequency) signals. Comparators(115,116) compare the digital baseband signals with digital signals modulating the RF signals, to generate an error signal according to a compared result. Multipliers(117,118) multiply the digital baseband signals and the error signal. The multiplied signals are converted into analog baseband signals. The steps from the step modulating the analog baseband signals are performed, for the converted analog baseband signals. RF signals according to a performed result are emitted to external through an antenna(139).
