PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and flexible EMI countermeasure part that does not disturb handling of a cable. SOLUTION: This EMI countermeasure part is constituted so that a plurality of magnetic tubes 5 around which a soft magnetic thin band and a soft magnetic foil is wound are arranged spaced from each other, and the magnetic tubes 5 are covered by flexible coating 6 one by one, or by a plurality of tubes. The magnetic tubes 5 are formed by winding the soft magnetic thin band and the soft magnetic foil with width, for example, not more than 30 mm within 5 mm thickness. The internal between the adjacent ends of the magnetic tubes is set more than 10% of the inner diameter of the magnetic tubes and less than three times of the outer diameter of the magnetic tubes.
