PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal crimping system allowing omission of adjustment work by a worker by automatically adjusting a paying-out speed in an electric wire paying-out device, or a conveying speed of a conveyer. SOLUTION: This terminal crimping system has a crimping device body and an electric wire paying-out device for paying out an electric wire to the crimping device body. A control means 38 of the crimping device body has a first communication control part 51 for outputting information about a series of machining periods by an operation control means and a length of the electric wire. A paying-out control means 66 of the electric wire paying-out device has a third communication control part 53 for receiving the information outputted from the first communication control part 51 of the crimping device body, and a paying-out speed decision means 72 for determining an operation speed of a paying-out mechanism on the basis of an output of the third communication control part 53.
