<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the excessive deformation of a sheet holder that is caused by the compressive reaction of a valve sheet when the valve sheet is attached in a compressed state via the sheet holder. SOLUTION: A recess groove 8a is formed at the outer circumference of a valve sheet 8, and the sheet 8 is compressed and deformed at the part of the groove 8a and accordingly the pressing force of a sheet holder 11 is absorbed. Thus, the compressing force that acts on the sheet 8 via the holder 11 when the sheet 8 is attached is absorbed by the groove 8a of the sheet 8. As a result, the holder 11 is never excessively deformed by the compressive reaction of the sheet 8.</p> |
