PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding plate of a simple tool configuration having a means to fix the functioning position with quick and low-cost manufacturability. SOLUTION: A holding plate has two individual plates 2 and 2.1 extending at a spacing from each other. A hollow chamber formed there is filled with a foaming substance 3. The plates 2 and 2.1 are coupled together by a film hinge. One or a plurality of fastening elements are inserted into the external surfaces of the plates 2 and 2.1 in order to fix the functioning position of the holding plate.
