PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic water activating device simple in structure, easy to assemble, capable of being reduced in wt. and capable of effectively directing magnetic force to a conduit. SOLUTION: In the unit of a magnetic water activating device consisting of a pair of units arranged in mutually opposed relationship so as to hold a conduit therebetween, the unit consists of an almost trough-shaped main body 1 having curved parts 13a, 13b receiving the conduit provided to both end walls 11a, 11b thereof, the iron plate 3 arranged on the inner wall bottom portion of the main body 1, the magnets 4a, 4b, 4c arranged on the iron plate 3 and a lid panel 2 provided with a curved groove 23 connected to the curved parts 13a, 13b of the main body 1 to receive the conduit and the main body 1 has a recessed portion 17 provided to the bottom portion thereof and the iron plate 3 is received in the recessed part 17 and the lid panel 2 is attached to the main body 1 so as to bring the back surface of the curved groove 23 into contact with the magnets 4a, 4b and 4c. The main body 1 is made of plastic and the lid panel 2 is pref. made of stainless steel.
