PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan device which can prevent an air blowing function of a fan from deteriorating by impeding the softening deformation of a shroud due to heat generation of an electric motor fixed to the shroud made of resin and surely supporting the electric motor. SOLUTION: In this cooling fan device connecting a support leg 6 of an electric motor 3 to a resin-made shroud 2 by a bolt 13, a floating member 12 formed of thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin or ceramics, having a melting point higher than a melting point of the shroud 2, is interposed between the support leg 6 and the shroud 2.
