PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability, enhance the appearance, and ease the uncomfortable feeling as a sense of foreign matter of a strap to a sitting person. SOLUTION: This vessel comprises a vessel inner 11 capable of supporting the opening edge of a strap pull-out port 37 opened to a surface skin 34 on the seat surface 35 or side gore surface of a seat back by a flange 15; and a vessel outer 12 formed of a trimming cover 16 having an opening 17 and an inclined insert port 18 protruded from the circumference of the opening 17 of the trimming cover 16 with an inclination suitable to the inclined opening 14 of the vessel inner 11 to the reverse side of the trimming cover 16, which can nip the opening edge of the strap pull-out port 37 of the surface skin 34 between the flange 15 of the vessel inner 11 and the trimming cover 15 by fitting the inclined insert port 18 to the inclined opening 14 of the vessel inner 11.
