PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an escape of the whole gas in an ostomy bag, and prevent pain from being caused in a wearer when the ostomy bag collaspes in a fistula cavity by arranging a movable diaphragm in a valve element, and arranging a sticking material for controllably fixing the diaphragm to a valve seat at least in one of these. SOLUTION: A pressure relief valve having a filter installed on a front wall 12 of an ostomy bag partitions a recessed space 26 where a case member 24 houses a flexible diaphragm 28. A floor part of the recessed space 26 has a protrusion part 30 having a through hole 32, and also regulates a seal sitting part of the diaphragm 28. In a state where pressure in the ostomy bag is relatively moderate, since a combination of pressures applied from an adhesive seal and a projecting part 40 between the diaphragm 28 and the seal sitting part maintains a valve in a closing state, gas cannot escape by passing through the valve. While, when internal pressure becomes higher than a prescribed threshold value, the gas is ventilated between the diaphragm 28 and the seal sitting part to escape outside from an outlet opening 38.
