SOLUTION: When a starting key is OFF-operated, the outside air temperature data detected by an outside air temperature sensor 2 arranged within an engine room is stored in a data holding means 3. The outside air temperature is displayed on an outside air temperature display part 5 on the basis of the outside air temperature data outputted from a control part 4. At this time, when the outside air temperature data read from the data holding means 3 in the ON-operation of the starting key is larger than the outside air temperature data detected by the outside air temperature sensor 2 in the control part 4, the traveling speed detected by a traveling speed sensor 6 is higher than a prescribed speed, and the continuation of a prescribed time or more is judged, the outside air temperature from the outside air temperature sensor 2 is corrected so as to gradually get close to the outside air temperature data of the data holding means 3.
