摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the traffic volume prediction of good followup ability even when the large variation of traffic volume is caused by disturbance. CONSTITUTION:Measured traffic volume till before definite time is calculated from a present traffic volume detection value counted by a traffic counter 11 by an arithmetic part 12, and the traffic volume of every time zone in the past is fetched from a traffic volume variation time series data storage part 13, and the short-period traffic volume prediction is executed for this time series data on the basis of a deterministic time series model based on a non- linear dynamics theory by a traffic volume predicting part 14, and a variation coefficient calculating part 15 determines a variation coefficient J from this predicted volume Nm(n) and the measured traffic volume Nr(n-l), and fuzzy inferring means 16,17 correct predicted traffic volume from this variation coefficient and the present predicted traffic volume Nm(n) by using fuzzy inference.</p>
