PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of integration of a flexible circuit and a gas-tight chamber. SOLUTION: This assembly has a hollow shape plate 10, a base plate 24 which has a transverse opening 30, is superposed on the hollow shape plate and forms an internal chamber between itself and the hollow shape plate 10, a printed circuit board 28 which has the transverse opening 30 and is superposed on the base plate, an electric connector 32 which is superposed on the printed circuit board and a flexible circuit 66 which is interposed between the base plate 24 and the hollow shape plate 10 in an isolated relation, extends via the base plate 24 and the transverse opening 30 of the printed circuit board 28 and engages the electric connector. |
