PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation managing system that can optimizedly display vehicle distribution instruction information from a base station with conditions such as distance or direction from the present its own vehicle position as the center. SOLUTION: Vehicle distribution instruction information Dj is transferred to the on-vehicle device 2 of a truck 3 from an office 4 and vehicles are distributed in accordance with the information Dj in the operation managing system 1. In the system 1, the on-vehicle device 2 is provided with a GPS receiver 7 for specifying the position and a display part 8 for re-arranging information Dj in order from the one nearest to the truck 2 and displaying them. Thus, a worker is not required to view the whole multiple kinds of vehicle distribution instruction information and can distribute the vehicles in order displayed in the display part by receiving vehicle distributing instructions one by one.
