PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power supply circuit, capable of using an inexpensive delay circuit and preventing welding of a relay contact. SOLUTION: An on/off input terminal 3 is formed at a DC power supply part 2, and a delay circuit 5 is connected between an input terminal 3 and a relay 4. A voltage Vc is applied to the coil of the relay 4, and the contact of the relay 4 is closed. The voltage Vc applied to the coil of the relay 4 is delayed through the delay circuit 5 and is inputted to the input terminal 3, so that a DC output voltage V1 of the DC power supply part 2 is turned on to supply current to a capacitor 7 and a resistor 8 through the contact of the relay 4 which is already closed.
