PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance transmissivity of an ultrasonic wave from an ultrasonic transmitter to an object. SOLUTION: A matching unit 1 of acoustic impedance for an ultrasonic wave is set to intervene between an ultrasonic transmitter 2 and an object 3. The matching unit has a layer structure accumulating double layer 1a, 1b. The double layer 1a, 1b is constituted of a first layer 1a-1, 1b-1 consisting of a first material, and a second layer 1a-2, 1b-2 consisting of a second material different from the first material and being continuously connected to the first layer 1a-1, 1b-1 acoustically.
