PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound recording and reproducing device which is capable of performing a sound recording and a reproduction through voice instructions and in which sound recording and reproducing buttons are dispensed with. SOLUTION: This device mainly includes a processing unit 26, a sound recording/voice recognizing and synthesizing device 22 and a memory 27. The processing device 26 converts voice control instructions which are inputted by a user through a microphone 13 into various kinds of control signals via the sound recording/voice recognizing and synthesizing device 27 by steps of tranings. As a result, when the device is used next again, since the device can perform works such as sound recording, reproduction, fast-forwarding and erasing or the like only by giving voice instructions to the device, any button is not needed to be pushed and convenience in use can be increased. |
