GLASS TILE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING USING WASTE GLASS

PURPOSE: A glass tile and method of manufacturing using waste glass is provided for glass tile having diverse colors by using only waste glass economically. The glass tile provides splendour and beauty. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method is processed to grind transparent waste glass into 1-10 mm size and waste color glass into 1-5 mm size. And is processed for plate glasses having desired size and thickness. And is processed to spread parting agents on heating resistant plate and to locate the plate glass above the heating resistant plate. And is processed to arrange the glass fragments by mixing in consideration of desired shape and color. And is processed to locate glass plate arranged glass fragments into heating apparatus and to manufacture glass tile by heating at 700-900°C and to chill stage during reducing 15-200°C per hour. And is processed to locate the glass tile into reinforced glass furnace for reinforcing glass tile.
