PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate the consumed power amount and used water quantity on a display and, at the same time, to promote power saving and water saving by indicating electric charges obtained from the consumed power amount and water charges obtained from the used water quantity on the display. SOLUTION: Whenever a sanitary washing device is used (S23: Yes), electric charges EC are calculated on the basis of power value of a wattmeter and basic electric charges (S24 and S25), and water charges WC is calculated on the basis of water value of a water gauge and basic water charges (S26 and S27). When a rate indication switch is operated (S29: Yes), both electric and water charges are indicated on a liquid crystal display (S30), and when a consumed quantity indication switch is operated (S31: Yes), the power amount consumed and water quantity used are indicated (S32).
