PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel for easily constructing an earthen floor such as a service entrance. SOLUTION: In a floor panel 1 constructed of a floor structure 2 and a floor backing face material 3 previously integrated together, the surface of the floor panel 1 is constructed of a standard height part A and a low level part B formed lower than the standard level part A. The low height part B is used as an earthen floor such as a service entrance. The low height part B may be previously finished as an earthen floor. The standard height part A of the floor panel 1 is constructed by sticking the floor baking face material 3 onto a floor joist 4 arranged over the floor structure 2, while the low height part B is constructed by sticking the floor backing face material 3 directly to the floor structure 2.
