PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure soundproof performance and to improve assembling workability. SOLUTION: A notch 34 is formed at a connecting part of the lower surface of a seal part 20A with a strut 28 of a rib 32 formed on the lower surface of a seal part 20A of a clip 10 and the seal part 20A is deformed taking the notch 34 as a starting point when the notch 34 passes an insert hole 18 of a a dash silencer 14. Passing the insert hole 18, the seal part 20A is expanded like a disc to block up an opening the facing 14B of the insert hole 18, thereby insulating sound.
