A distributor casing has rear, side, upper and lower walls, and a removable casing cover (2) with a section (5) fitted with cable channels and covered by a cable insert cap (4) treated with fire protective material in the side or rear wall for inserting cables. In case of fire its inner space is shielded from spreading heat. Its sidewalls, rear wall and cover have fire protection cladding (6,7) on their inner side with cabling channels (6.1).
