PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety of work by making it possible to visually recognizing a part of the locking state or unlocking state of a locking hardware from an opening part formed outside of a case when the locking hardware is in the state of the locking state or the unlocking state so as to confirm the operating state of a locking mechanism from outside a case. SOLUTION: A disk-like base 1 is fixed to a ceiling and a semi-spherical main body is combined with it. The combined main body rotates a locking screw 3 clockwise to fix the locking hardware 4 to be switched into a lock operating state. The hardware 4 is projected to the inside of the disk-like base and this hardware is joined and combined to the combining part of the main body. The opening part 5 is formed at the case part of the base 1 to see a part of the hardware 4 from here. Consequently, the operating situation of the locking mechanism can be confirmed to improve the safety of work.
