SOLUTION: A solar panel metal fixture 2 is constituted of a metal fixture main body 4 and a holding member 5 for pushing and holding the ends of solar panels 1 mounted on the metal fixture main body 4 from above. Then, the metal fixture main body 4 is constituted of a mounting piece 6 mounting the ends of the solar panels 1 adjacent to each other thereon, a pair of holding pieces 9 provided in opposition to both ends of the mounting piece 6 and having an interlocking projection 10 interlocked with an interlocking recess section 11 recessed in both slopes on the mountain section 8 of a folded-plate roof and clamping devices 12 for clamping a pair of holding pieces 9 in the approaching direction A.
