PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure ensuring a switch operating position after abutting of a detecting plate and preventing a switch from being excessively pressed by additionally tightening, to improve operating reliability, and to prevent the breakage of the switch. SOLUTION: A valve structure comprises a shaft 23 opening/closing a valve while axially moving with normal rotation, a valve body 21 supporting the shaft 23 so as to rotate and axially move, a switch 41 provided on the valve body 21, and a detecting plate 29 attached to the shaft 23 and having an abutting surface 45 orthogonal to the axis. The valve structure abuts/part on/from the abutting surface 45 on/from the switch 41 by the normal and reverse rotation of the shaft 23 in order to open/close the switch 41. A projected step portion 49 and a tilting surface 51 of a down slope continuing to the step portion 49 and resolving the unevenness of the step portion 49 are provided on a ring- shaped track of the abutting surface 45.
