PURPOSE: A high-frequency switch is provided to miniaturize by making the direction of the cathode and anode of the diode the reverse of that in a conventional high-frequency switch. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency switch(21) includes a transmission terminal(Tx), an antenna terminal(ANT), a reception terminal(Rx), and a voltage-control terminal; a first diode(D11), the cathode thereof being electrically connected to the transmission terminal(Tx), and the anode being electrically connected to the antenna terminal(ANT); a first transmission line(13), electrically connected between the antenna terminal(ANT) and the reception terminal(Rx); a second diode(D12), the cathode thereof being electrically connected to the reception terminal(Rx), and the anode being electrically connected to the voltage-control terminal(Vc); a second transmission line(12), one end thereof being electrically connected to the transmission terminal(Tx) and the other end being connected to ground; and a capacitor(C12), electrically connected between the voltage-control terminal(Vc) and ground.
