PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a cleaning performance by allowing a cleaning blade stably to abut on a photoreceptor drum and also to prevent a toner from being fused due to its excessive supply. SOLUTION: When a first mode is selected and the photoreceptor drum 1 is rotated, a cleaning roller (magnet roller) 9e is rotated, and a magnet toner carried and conveyed on its surface is stuck onto the surface of the photoreceptor drum 1 to be supplied to the nip N of the cleaning blade 9b. The toner acts as a lubricant, so that the cleaning performance is stabilized, and a blade is prevented from turning over. On the other hand, since the toner is liable to be fused at the image forming start time or the like under the environment of high temperature and high humidity, the revolution of the cleaning roller 9e is decelerated to reduce the supply amount of the toner to the nip N. |
