PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a standing pouch used conventionally in the shape not to be changed to a large extent, and remarkably improve the easiness of pouring of a content just by a simple operation when the content is poured by a user. SOLUTION: A horizontally and monoaxially stretched film is adopted for a front and back films 2 and 3. A pouring mouth forming cylindrical section 18 communicated with a storage section 13 by leaning the section to either the left or the right of a standing pouch 1 is formed standing up on the upper section of the storage section 13. The dimension of the pouring mouth forming cylindrical section 18 is set same as or slightly shorter than the inner diameter of a mouth section of a main container to be refilled. Preliminarily formed lines 14 and 15 of horizontally straight shape crossing the middle of the upper and lower lengths of the pouring mouth forming cylindrical section 18 and preliminarily formed lines 24 and 25 of tilted shape connecting one point of the preliminarily formed cutting lines 14 and 15 with one point or the other side 8 of the standing pouch are formed.
