PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place water-permeable concrete pavement causing no problem on serviceability after hardening even when it is applied in the environment accelerating the drying of concrete, having excellent water permeability, and capable of being applied to roads in a wide range from a footpath to a roadway having a large traffic quantity. SOLUTION: A kneaded pavement composition constituted of coarse aggregates and a paste or mortar having the volume ratio 30-80% against the coarse aggregates 100% is installed. The paste or mortar contains cement or a powder mixture including cement 100 pts.wt., fine aggregates 0-140 pts.wt., a high-performance water reducing agent or a high-performance AE water reducing agent 0.5-2.0 pts.wt., a retarder 0.01-0.2 pts.wt., inorganic powder made of plaster and/or clay 0.1-5.0 pts.wt., and water 16-28 pts.wt.
