PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce portions to be processed in a casing of a machine such as a cyclone or the like so as to reduce the manufacturing steps by incorporating a thermometer seat into a portion of an inspection hole, and readily perform inspection of the thermometer seat. SOLUTION: An inspecting device comprises an inspection hole 33 which is punched through a casing 32 of a machine such as a cyclone 21 or the like, an outer cylinder 35 which is bonded to the outer circumference of the inspection hole 33 outwardly from the casing 32, an inner cylinder 37 which is fitted into the outer cylinder 35 with its upper end being secured to the upper end of the outer cylinder 35, and a thermometer seat 41 which is bonded to the inside of the inner cylinder 37 with its lower end being protruded into the casing 32.
