PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wiring and the change of wiring and to enhance the reliability of optical connection of optical parts to each other. SOLUTION: Splitter modules 3 which are connected at one end side to station cables 1 are housed into a device frame 15 and optical branch modules 4 which are connected at one end side to terminate cables 2 are superposed to multiple stages and are housed in the device frame 15. Plural optical fibers 6 for connection, which connect respective plural optical fiber junctures formed in the splitter modules 3 and the respective plural optical fiber junctures formed in the optical branch modules 4 respectively one to one, are connected to the optical fiber junctures described above via extra length housing parts 10. The extra length housing parts 10 are formed by housing plural fiber supporting plates 5. The plural optical fibers 6 for connection are divided to the number of the pieces corresponding to the number of the respective fiber supporting plates 5. Each of the number of pieces of the respective divided optical fibers 6 for connection are supported at the respective fiber supporting plates 5 and the optical fibers 6 for connection are connected to the respective optical fiber junctures.
