COSMETIC FOR MAKEUP REMOVING AND/OR FOR CLEANSING HAVING SHAPE OF WATER-IN-OIL TYPE EMULSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cosmetic having a water phase dispersed in an oil phase, having freshness and light weight, effective and giving unpleasantness nor irritation in cleansing the skin, eyes or a mucous membrane by having a silicone emulsifying agent, an oil of branched hydrocarbon and an oil for removing makeup. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by comprising (A) preferably 0.2-10 wt.% based on total weight of the composition of at least one silicone emulsifying agent, (B) 1-35 wt.% of at least one branched hydrocarbonic oil (preferably isohexadecane, etc.), and (C) 1-20 wt.% of at least one makeup removing oil (preferably 2-ethylhexyl palmitate, etc.). Preferably, the component A is selected from alkyldimethicone copolyol having a 10-22C alkyl radical (e.g. cetyldimethicone copolyol).
