SUBSTANCE: device has guiding-and- holding paired rollers 8; mechanisms 9 designed for pressing tie to rails of skeleton to be disassembled and drive n by power hydraulic cylinders 10; mechanisms II designed for gripping and holding baseplates 12 and driven by hydraulic cylinders 13; mechanism 14 designed for forcing off tie and including power hydraulic cylinder 15 on rod of which force-off shoe 16 is mounted, and also flexible tie-rods 17 and spring-loaded force-off levers 18; and forced-off tie shifting-off mechanisms set into operation by power hydraulic cylinders. All these mechanisms are mounted on portal frame I. Invention provides generation of different pressures by pumping unit for operation of different mechanisms at different time of operating cycle. EFFECT: provision of effective usage of output power of pumping unit drive electric motor. 3 dwg
