Knife has blade-holder holding blade (3) with cutting wire perpendicular to axis of handle (1). Blade cover (6) is attached to blade-holder and has bar (9) with push rod (11) on side of handle. Blade cover moves between 3 positions : total covering of blade; covering of cutting wire only; and rotation of blade cover away from blade by pressing on push rod so that new blade can be inserted.
