PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating far infrared light is provided. CONSTITUTION: A apparatus comprises an entrance (40); an inside room (50); a far infrared generation body (10) in the shape of a tunnel or a dome whose inner or outer wall is made of far infrared generating rock (10a, 10b); yellow soil blocks (20) which is adhered to the far infrared generating rock (10a, 10b); and a heat tape (30) which passes between the blocks (20) in zigzag and maintain the temperature constantly.
