PURPOSE: A combustion apparatus of food waste is provided which is fermented to decompose efficient the food waste and is reduced minimum consumption of the power by reusing the fermentation thermal generated by fermentation process of the food waste to be activated a microorganism and keep warm a fermentation vessel. CONSTITUTION: A combustion apparatus includes a fermentation vessel(3) in which a section is formed centering around a separation wall(31) and a heating jacket(32) is formed in a body, a stirring screw(4) which is installed to rotate at the fermentation vessel at the same time to a stirring propeller(42,43) of a spiral form or a straight form is installed at the axis of rotation(41) to stir and be transfer, a ring blower(5) which always maintains pressure of the inside of the fermentation vessel(3) and a filter(51) which inspire and to be draw off the required air to make fermented by force is installed, a waste gas cycle system(6) which condenses and eliminates moisture contained in the waste gas while one of the waste gas bisected from the ring blower is cycled at the same time is mixed with the air of the outside to be done thermal exchange and to be heated and provide again in the fermentation vessel(3) to be fermented and decomposed the food waste, and a waste thermal recovering system(7) which is eliminated a nasty smell as another of the waste gas bisected from the ring blower(5) cycle to be heated at high temperature at the same time to be supplied and drawn off in the heating jacket(32) of the fermentation vessel(3) to keep the fermentation warm as thermal exchange is done
