PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a packaging box for automatically locking a cover and easily opening the cover on a spot of use by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A cover plate with inner body plates 8 on both sides and a bottom plate with outer body plates 5 on both sides are formed continuously through a back plate, and a folding lock piece 71 is formed on a front inner body plate 7 formed continuously on the cover plate through a fold, and a fixed engaging piece 4 is formed continuously on a front outer body cover 3 formed continuously on the bottom plate through a fold, and folding and fixing pieces with engaging protrusions are formed continuously on both sides of the front inner body plate 3. Engaging window hole wherein the engaging protrusions are inserted are notched and formed on both inner body plates 8, while engaging protrusions are protruded on both sides of the fixed engaging pieces 4, and engaging window holes wherein engaging protrusions are inserted are notched and formed on both outer body plates 5, and perforations 53 are formed all through from both square bottom sections of the front outer body plate 3 to the upper ends of respective outer bodies 5.
