PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send/receive information between a transmitter and a receiver without interrupting of information flow even when a communication channel is switched. SOLUTION: In the case that a communication state of a communication channel is deteriorated to cause the necessity of revising the communication channel when information transmitter/receiver 1, 2 send/receive information via a PHS communication channel, the information transmitter/receiver 2 transmits a communication channel switching request signal to the information transmitter/receiver 1 via the PHS communication channel. The transmitter/ receiver 2 adds information specification data and a packet specification data denoting a transmission start position to the communication channel switching request signal and transmits the resulting signal to the transmitter/receiver 1. The information transmitter/receiver receiving this request signal generates transmission information according to the information specification data and the packet specification data and transmits this information to the information transmitter/receiver 2 via a cellular communication channel.
