<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for the template of the task process of a case matched with case content. <P>SOLUTION: Case information 100 of an object case includes implementation items 132, 134, 136... to be implemented in the case. When a user inputs the content of each text item of case definition 114 showing the content of the case and a requirement request 116 showing a request from a client in the case, and instructs similarity retrieval, a server calculates the similarity as the text of those case definition 114 and case request 116 and between the case request and case definition of past case information in a database, and integrates them for searching for the case similarity. When the case information whose case similarity is high is presented to the user as the candidates of the similar case, and when the user selects the similar case which is close to the object case from among them, the server copies an execution item 132 in business process information 130 of the selected similar case to case information 100 of the object case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
