PURPOSE:To two-color mold a cover attached to a base rotatably and constitute a cassette storing case. CONSTITUTION:A second slide core 25 is passed through a first slide core 24 for forming a pocket section 15 of a cover. A first cavity is formed by brining the second slide core 25 into contact with a fixed side mold component 22 to form a first cavity, which is filled with a first resin. The second slide core 25 is lowered a little to form a second cavity, which is filled with a second resin. The second slide core 25 is further lowered and released out of the first slide core 24. After that, the first slide core 24 is drawn out of a pocket section 15 and the cover is released. The cover is two-color molded by the arrangement, despite the presence of the slide core 24. |
